Terms of service

Effective 7 September 2026

These terms cover the businesses that use aJETic. If you are a customer of one of those businesses and were texted or called by their assistant, the messaging terms and the privacy policy are the pages for you.

What we provide

An AI assistant that answers your inbound calls, texts and web chats, captures leads, books work where you have configured it to, and shows you every conversation in one place — plus a portal for you and your staff.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what your staff do with their logins.
  • The information you give the assistant — services, prices, hours, policies — is what it answers from. Keeping it accurate is your job, and it is the single biggest factor in whether the assistant is useful or embarrassing.
  • You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages.

The assistant will sometimes be wrong

It is software producing language. It can misread a question, state something outdated, or quote a price it should not have. We build guardrails — price bands it may not exceed, topics it must escalate, and an approval mode where nothing sends until a person has read it — and new accounts start in that approval mode by default.

You remain responsible for what your business communicates to your customers, including through the assistant. Review its configuration, and review its output while you are deciding how much autonomy to give it. We are not liable for commitments it makes on your behalf, and nothing it says is an offer or contract from aJETic.

Messaging compliance

You must have a lawful basis for messaging the people you message. We enforce opt-in before any automated reply, honour STOP and HELP, and keep the record of consent — but the relationship with your customer is yours, and so is compliance with the TCPA and equivalent rules where you operate. Calls may be recorded where you have configured that; announcing it is your responsibility and we provide the announcement.

Fees

Setup fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable once configuration has begun. Ongoing fees are billed monthly in advance. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay suspends access to the portal; your data is retained for 30 days after suspension.

Your data

Your business's data, and your customers' conversations, remain yours. You can export or delete them. We use de-identified, aggregated patterns across accounts to improve the service; we do not show one business another's customer content. See the privacy policy.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, or for use that is unlawful or that puts our messaging registration at risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
